The Cadillac is essentially a raised horizontal table-top surrounded by a four-poster frame on which various bars, straps, springs and levers are fixed. A push-through bar (which can be sprung from above or below), a roll-down bar, a trapeze or cross bar, arm springs, leg springs, thigh and ankle cuffs and even fuzzy hanging loops. Over 80 different exercises can be performed on this piece of Pilates equipment, ranging from gentle spring-assisted sit ups to advanced acrobatics that have one hanging from the upper bars - there's something for all ages and abilities. The Cadillac repertoire of exercises truly challenges the core abdominal muscles, develops spinal flexibility, works the shoulder girdle, strengthens the back and stretches the total body.

​Reformer

Invented by Pilates founder Joseph Pilates, the reformer is a bed-like frame with a flat moving platform, called the carriage, which rolls back and forth on wheels within the frame. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar, perched on the footbar, perched on the shoulder blocks, upside downsideways and all kinds of variations thereof. In other words, the reformer can train many parts and dynamics of the body in so many different ways with just one relatively sleek piece of equipment. it helps one establish torso stability and postural alignment while working peripheral limbs in a range of motion. The adjustable springs allow for progressive resistance, which helps to lengthen and strengthen the muscles rather than building bulk. It makes for an effective, no-impact stretching and toning workout that is friendly to the joints.

Cadillac

Practicing Pilates Mat means one is making use of their own core muscles and body for resistance and to gain efficient hold in performing and positioning the exercises. Instructors will generally use some props like weights, ring, balls, or bands that will increase the diversity of your moves. Learining Pilates mat allows Individuals to also perform the movements in their homes or while traveling.

Pilates mat is the "Original" Pilates. 

It incorporates breath control, strength, balance, endurance and precision in mat and apparatus work. The mat exercises are the foundation for the entire system. You can use the mat to warmup for apparatus work, or perform a full Pilates workout on.
