At InBalance Pilates you will be able to utilize all the classical equipment. Designed by Joseph Pilates, these aparatus are manufactured by PEAK Pilates and Gratz. During your sessions you will be able to warm up on the Mat, followed by the reformer and incorporating the Wunda / High Chair, High Barrel, Cadillac or Ped-O-Pull. Additionally, we have a variaty of Spine Correctors and Mini-Arcs to help you deepen your body alignement.

 

Joseph Pilates also invented the Foot Corrector, Toe excercizer, Neck Strengthner, Sand Bag and Magic Circle all are available at the studio.
