Location and Facilities

We are located with the CREXENT Business center (Orange Drive and Flamingo) serving the areas of Broward, Plantation, Davie,Southwest Ranches, Pembroke Pines, and Weston.

The Studio is fully equipped with classical Pilates PEAK and Balance Body with Gratz accessories. The Classical reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Wunda / High Chair combination, Ped-O-Pull, Spine corrector, raised mat, various mini-arcs, as well as Pilates Magic circle, weighted bar, Thera-Bands and Physio Balls. Additional the studio boast with Joseph Pilates, Foot corrector, Toe exerciser, Neck Strengthener, various resistance springs to both accommodate and challenge your sessions.
